Service 01

Kitchen Remodeling in Miami

A kitchen remodel can be a few targeted upgrades or a complete kitchen renovation. The right scope depends on what is wrong with your kitchen today, what you want to change, and whether plumbing, electrical, gas or wall changes are involved.

We help Miami homeowners plan kitchens that cook, clean and store better. That can mean new kitchen cabinets or refaced ones, a countertop replacement, a fresh backsplash, new flooring, brighter lighting, smarter storage or a new layout where the room and building allow it.

Good to know before you start

Moving a sink, range or wall adds cost and usually needs permits, and sometimes design or engineering help. Keeping your current layout is often the simplest way to control a kitchen remodeling budget. Order cabinets and appliances only after measurements are final, and confirm exact appliance sizes before the cabinet plan is locked.

What a kitchen remodel can include

  • New kitchen cabinets or cabinet refacing
  • Countertop replacement with sink and faucet cutouts
  • Backsplash tile installation
  • Kitchen flooring
  • Ceiling, pendant and under-cabinet lighting
  • Pull-out shelves, pantry and drawer storage
  • Sink and faucet replacement
  • Layout changes where possible

Best for

Kitchens with worn cabinets, too little storage, tired counters or a layout that slows you down.

Popular Kitchen Remodeling Projects

Kitchen cabinet installation

New base, wall and tall cabinets sized to your room, with hardware and trim.

Countertop replacement

New counters with templating, seam planning, edge profile and sink cutouts.

Backsplash installation

Tile behind the counters, planned around outlets, edges and grout color.

Kitchen flooring

Flooring chosen for spills and daily traffic, installed in the right order with cabinets.

Kitchen lighting

Layered ceiling, task and under-cabinet light, with electrical work by a licensed electrician.

Storage upgrades

Deep drawers, pull-out pantries and corner solutions that add space without adding square feet.

Small kitchen remodel

Right-sized appliances, smart storage and better walking space for compact kitchens.

Kitchen islands

Islands planned with enough room around them for cooking, seating and open appliance doors.

Service 02

Cabinet Refacing in Miami

Cabinet refacing keeps your existing cabinet boxes and replaces what you see: the doors, the drawer fronts and the outer surfaces of the cabinet frames. New hardware is usually part of the job. Refacing can give your kitchen a new look with far less tear-out than full cabinet replacement, and your countertops can often stay in place.

How cabinet refacing works

  1. We check that the cabinet boxes are solid, square and dry.
  2. We measure every door and drawer front.
  3. The visible frame surfaces get a new finish.
  4. New doors, drawer fronts and hardware are installed.

We look at your cabinets first and tell you honestly whether refacing or replacement makes more sense.

Refacing may fit when

  • The cabinet boxes are solid and dry
  • You like your current kitchen layout
  • You want a new look with less disruption

Replacement may be better when

  • The boxes have water damage or are falling apart
  • You need more storage or a new layout
  • You plan to move the sink, range or walls

Service 03

Bathroom Remodeling in Miami

Bathrooms deal with water every day, so the parts you cannot see matter as much as the tile you can. Whether you want a full bathroom renovation, a shower remodel or a simple vanity and tile update, we plan each bathroom around waterproofing, drainage, ventilation and how the room is used.

We remodel primary bathrooms, hall bathrooms, guest baths and powder rooms. A project can include a new shower or tub, wall and floor tile, a vanity with countertop and sink, a toilet and fixtures, lighting, an exhaust fan and better storage.

Good to know before you start

A shower only performs well if its waterproofing system is installed the way the maker requires, so ask any contractor which system they plan to use. An old exhaust fan may be too weak or may not vent outside, which matters in Miami humidity. If fixtures stay where they are, plumbing work is usually simpler. Water damage sometimes shows up once old tile comes off, so keep some room in your budget.

What a bathroom remodel can include

  • Shower remodels and walk-in showers
  • Bathtub replacement
  • Wall, floor and shower tile
  • Vanity, countertop, sink and faucet
  • Toilet and fixture replacement
  • Vanity lighting and exhaust fans
  • Shower niches, cabinets and shelving
  • Glass shower doors and enclosures

Best for

Bathrooms with old tile, leaks around the tub or shower, poor storage or a layout that no longer fits your household.

Popular Bathroom Remodeling Projects

Shower remodel

New shower base, waterproofing, tile, valve trim and glass for a shower that is easy to clean.

Walk-in showers

Open showers with a low entry, planned with the right slope to the drain.

Vanity installation

A vanity sized to your wall and door swing, with top, sink, faucet, mirror and light.

Bathroom tile installation

Tile rated for wet areas, with layout, grout and movement joints planned up front.

Bathroom flooring

Slip-resistant flooring that handles water, with clean transitions to nearby rooms.

Ventilation and lighting

A fan sized for the room that vents outside, plus light where you need it most.

Small bathroom remodel

Smart storage, a right-sized vanity and the right shower enclosure for tight spaces.

Guest bath and powder room

Compact updates to vanity, fixtures, lighting and finishes for rooms guests use.

Service 04

Tub-to-Shower Conversions and Accessible Bathrooms

Stepping over a tub wall gets harder for many people over time. A tub-to-shower conversion replaces an old bathtub with a walk-in shower that is easier and safer to use every day. Whether a conversion works depends on the space, the drain location, the floor structure and the waterproofing plan.

Accessible bathroom remodeling goes further. It can add grab bars, a lower shower entry, a shower seat, slip-resistant floors and better lighting, so the room supports the person who uses it now and in the years ahead.

Good to know before you start

Grab bars need proper backing behind the wall, not just drywall. If you need the design to meet a specific standard, such as ADA guidelines, tell us at the start so we can plan for it.

What we check before a conversion

  • Room size and shower footprint
  • Drain location and floor slope
  • Condition of the walls and subfloor
  • Entry height and door or glass options
  • Waterproofing system

Accessibility updates we can plan

  • Low-entry walk-in showers
  • Grab bars set into solid backing
  • Handheld shower heads and shower seats
  • Slip-resistant floor tile
  • Brighter, better placed lighting
  • More room to move and turn

Service 05

Condo Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeling in Miami

Miami has a lot of condos, and condo remodeling takes the same care as any home, plus building rules. Florida law says a unit owner may not do anything that harms the safety or soundness of the building’s common elements. Your association’s documents and rules usually add their own steps, such as written approval, set work hours and contractor paperwork.

Water is a bigger deal in a condo, because a leak can reach the units below. That is why we plan condo bathroom remodels and condo kitchen remodels around shutoffs, waterproofing and any building requirements from the start.

Good to know before you start

Ask your property manager for the renovation rules early. Building reviews can take time, so start early. We will plan the schedule around what your building requires.

What condo projects often need

  • Written approval from the association
  • Contractor paperwork, such as proof of insurance
  • Set work days and hours
  • Elevator reservations and protection
  • Planned water shutoffs with building staff
  • Rules for debris removal and parking

Choosing a scope

Partial Update or Full Remodel?

The right choice depends on the room’s condition, your goals, your budget, and whether regulated work like plumbing, electrical or wall changes is involved. When new work meets old surfaces or systems, your written scope should explain how the two will connect. More questions? See our remodeling FAQs.

Partial update

Replaces a few items, such as a countertop, a vanity, a shower or the tile, and keeps the rest. Good when the layout works and most of the room is in fair shape.

  • Shorter timeline
  • Lower cost
  • Less disruption at home

Full remodel

Looks at the whole room and often includes layout, plumbing and electrical work. Good when several things are failing or the room no longer fits how you live.

  • Fixes problems at the source
  • More design freedom
  • Often needs permits
